it's comfortable place for sightseeing and exploring gradignan. room was air-conditioned and we had heating, a work desk and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels.

Would love to come back, the property met the needs. We had a superior triple room with a heating system, a sofa bed and a flat screen TV. A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Le Playground that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
